Paul's Recipes

Fried Chicken

Ingredients

1 Package of Chicken Thighs

(Skin on)

2 Cups Flour

Salt & Pepper

Basil

Oregano

Seasoning Salt

Vegetable Oil

Margarine

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Paprika


 

 Method


Cut chicken thighs on either side of the bone making three pieces

Combine flour with desired amount of spices in a plastic bag, shake well

Pre heat (350 degrees) enough oil & small amount of margarine to let chicken float in oil

Rinse chicken in water put pieces in plastic bag (about ten pieces) shake well make sure chicken is well coated

Put chicken in the oil filling top of pot or deep fryer cook for 25 minutes. For extra crispy cook for 5 minutes more

Remove from oil & place on a paper towel

Serve hot and with a dip

Vegetarian Pizza

 

Ingredients

 

Fresh Nan Bread Rounds (8" Rounds)

Vegetable oil

Onion Red or White

Artichoke Hearts in Oil

Olives

Sun dried Tomatoes

Pickled Banana Pepper Rings

Fresh Pepper

Tomato Sauce (Your Choice)

Mozzarella

Cheddar Cheese

Parmesan Cheese

 

Method

 

Pre heat oven to 325 degrees

Coat lightly with oil one side of the Nan bread, place on cooking pan oil side down. Cut all veggeis into small slices. Put medium amount of sauce on Nan bread, cover with veggies and other ingredients, top with a good amount of Mozzarella and Cheddar, sprinkle on Parmesan, Bake for 20 minutes.

Serve Hot

Beer Batter

 

Ingredients


2 Cups of Flour

Salt & Pepper

Paprika

Garlic & Onion Powder

Oregano

Basil

1 Egg

1 Beer You're Choice


Method


In a bowl mix flour, spices, egg and beer to make batter smooth & fairly thick. Let stand in fridge for   1 hour

Dip meat,fish,chicken or veggies & deep fry until golden about 10 min. at 350 degrees
